Bioinformatics and Genomics
This moodle site provides access to quizzes and lab exercises for three courses in bioinformatics and genomics (autumn 2008 at Johns Hopkins). Students (including auditors) should register, and will use the "key" handed out on the first day of class. You can visit the main course websites here. Visitors (not enrolled in this class) can also use these materials by signing in as a guest, but you will not have access to the quizzes.

This is a core course in the BCMB curriculum at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. It consists of seven lectures plus three computer labs covering various aspects of bioinformatics (and genomics)
This course provides an introduction to bioinformatics including sequence alignment, database searching, molecular phylogeny, gene expression, and proteomics.
School of Public Health. This two-month course includes two lectures and a computer lab each week.
