This website contains array CGH data and single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) data to accompany the paper by Ping Gao et al., Hif-dependent Anti-tumorigenic Effect of Anti-oxidants In Vivo (Cancer Cell, in press).

SNP data
Click here for SNP data from Illumina (text file).
Notes:
[1] These data were downloaded from Illumina BeadStudio software. The file consists of 317,503 rows (corresponding to SNPs) with information in columns on four samples: P493Luc, P493TR, P493Tum1, P493Tum3

[2] The size of the file is large (over 61 MB)

[3] Information in the columns includes the chromosome and position, the genotype (e.g. AA, AB, BB), the score, B allele frequency (a metric for genotype), copy number score (CN), loss of heterozygosity (LOH) score, Log R Ratio, and allele calls (e.g. AG, TC).

Notes:
[1] Each of these data files is about 31 MB.
[2] Each file contains 43,900 rows.
[3] Column headers include accession numbers, probe identifiers and descriptions, gene names, array positions, log ratios, and p values, signal intensity values, background measurements, and normalization measurements.
